Wine tastings

Villages and history

Valpolicella is dotted with picturesque historic villages and towns, such as San Giorgio di Valpolicella and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella. Stroll the cobbled streets, admire the traditional architecture and discover authentic village life.

Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy and one of the most fascinating and popular places in the country. It is located on the border between three regions: Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige, and offers a wide variety of landscapes, activities and attractions.

Lake Garda is surrounded by mountains, hills, olive groves and vineyards. The views are spectacular, with the blue water of the lake reflecting in the surrounding mountains.

The area around the lake offers many possibilities for lovers of outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and paragliding. The cliffs of Limone sul Garda are famous for climbing.

Along the shores of the lake there are numerous towns and villages that offer a mix of culture, history and architectural beauty. Some of the best known cities include Sirmione, Riva del Garda, Desenzano del Garda and Malcesine.

Sirmione is one of the most famous places on the lake, with its medieval castle and thermal waters. The Sirmione spas are famous for their therapeutic properties and are an ideal place for relaxation.
